The following terms and conditions apply to availing services and support under the Kusum Solar Scheme. Please read these terms carefully. You can avail the scheme only after accepting these terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Age of applicant: The person applying for Kusum Solar Yojana must be at least 18 years old.
1.2. Agricultural Land: The applicant must possess agricultural land, which will be verified through land records.
1.3. Residence: The applicant must be a citizen of India.
2. Application Process
2.1. Online Application: Applicant must visit our website and fill out the online application form.
2.2. Documentary Proof: Copies of required documents must be uploaded along with the application. All documents will be verified.
2.3. Application Fee: If applicable, an application fee must be paid. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Approval and installation
3.1. Application Review: All received applications will be reviewed and approved based on eligibility.
3.2. Site Survey: A site survey will be conducted for approved applications to determine the suitability for the installation of solar panels and other solar equipment.
3.3. Supply and Installation of Equipment: After acceptance, solar panels, pumps, and other solar equipment will be supplied and installed.
4. Financial Aid
4.1. Subsidy: Subsidy as prescribed by the Government will be provided to the applicants. This subsidy will be directly deducted from the total cost of the equipment.
4.2. Loan Facility: Easy loans will be provided from banks and financial institutions for installation of solar panels and pumps.
4.3. Payment Terms: All payments must be made within the stipulated time frame. Additional charges may apply for late payments.
5. Maintenance and service
5.1. Maintenance: The applicant must enter into a contract with our service team to ensure regular maintenance of the solar equipment.
5.2. Warranty: Solar panels and other solar equipment will be provided with a warranty, which guarantees the quality and functionality of the product.
5.3. Technical Support: For any issues or technical glitches, applicant needs to contact our technical support team.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Data Storage:Appropriate security measures will be taken to safeguard applicants' personal information and documents.
6.2. Confidentiality:Applicant information will not be shared with any third party, except government authorities or regulatory requirements.
7. Responsibility
7.1. Damage: Kusum Solar Yojana will not be liable for any damage caused by natural calamity, fire, theft, or other force majeure circumstances.
7.2. Legal Issues: For any legal dispute or issue, the decision of the relevant courts shall be final and binding.
8. Plan Amendments
8.1. Policy Changes: The terms and conditions of Kusum Solar Plan may be amended from time to time. All changes will be published on our website.
8.2. Acceptance: The applicant must accept any amendments in order to continue to benefit from the scheme.
